We assist all individuals to make permanent and sustainable changes both to their mindset and lifestyle through education.  Through this, we lay the foundation for new habits by utilizing various tools to facilitate the understanding of the basic principles of weight loss, healthy eating, fitness and an invigorated lifestyle.

We provide knowledge on motivation, goal setting, barriers to change, forming good habits, nutrition, meal planning and objectives to ensure changes are sustainable and long-lasting.

Having basic education when managing your health and fitness is important as this will assist you in making positive choices regarding your health and understanding why you are making these choices.

Health Transformation, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

We offer advice regarding food concepts and evaluate a client’s current food lifestyle in order to assess how this can be changed to lose weight and to gain maximum health.  We introduce nutritional plans based on an individual’s needs and this includes working with a large variety of clients, including children, teens, adults and the elderly.

Education is offered on portion size, reading food labels, the calorie content of food, food components, dietary deficiency etc.  Our client base is not exclusive.

Workshops can be devised to suit a client’s needs, where high absenteeism trends are experienced.  Controls, measures and tracking systems can be implemented, ensuring a company’s Absenteeism/Attendance Policy is being adhered to.

Workshops can be customised depending on the type of absenteeism experienced, to address issues of attendance or lack thereof, therefor providing effective and efficient communication and training around these issues.

Wellness Programs can be customised to address health and risk issues relating to poor attendance.

Fitness plays a crucial part in overall health and wellness, Body Mine looks at all of these aspects in its totality. To keep in shape as well as following a healthy lifestyle, one must look at what we consume as well as our physical activity, therefore fitness is vitally important.

For any Fitness Program, we make use of a Bio-electrical Impedance Body Analyzer. This gives you an Inbody Result Sheet which indicates areas for improvement as well as areas that are weak due to possible injury.  It's a powerful tool for fitness training, weight management and your overall body health and allows the trainer to understand what your physical requirements are.

Inbody 270 BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis)

Body Mine uses the Inbody 270 BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) technology, to provide clients with accurate and precise direct segmental measurement results that have been extensively validated to gold standard methods. The Inbody Result Sheet is a powerful tool to train, guide and care for our client's health and fitness.

The Inbody Test provides a comprehensive view of body composition balance. Body water, proteins, minerals and body fat, which are the components of the human body closely relate to the status to the status of your health. Using the Inbody method of quantitative analysis, these elements of body composition and body composition analysis provides the basic information required for assessing the status of the body.

This allows for a client’s state of health, weight loss, goals and objectives to be tracked over a period of time. It allows for valuable insight and advice to guide a client to reach their health and fitness goals as well as to offer valuable advice to clients suffering from various illnesses.

Rebounding and Cellucise

Rebounding is a form of low impact exercise and uses the forces of acceleration and deceleration as well as the forces of gravity at the same time.

The Power of Dreams

You need to shift your focus from negative to positive, from an ”I cannot do” attitude to an ”I can do” attitude. Dreams can be turned into reality, with hard work and looking at the glass half full. You need to put self-belief into action to achieve your dreams. It’s not about wishing, but putting your self-belief into action to achieve dreams. Whether this is for your health, body image, the health of your family, this can all be achieved. This can be accomplished through three steps:

Step 1: Have a Dream or Vision

Everyone needs to understand they deserve all they desire. We all lose our way and cannot overcome barriers to our dreams. Once you realise you have the power to forge your own destiny, the dreams are yours. Have a dream and start visualizing this. Write your dream down on a board or a piece of paper, to be a reminder of what you want to achieve.
